Since 2010, we’ve been at the helm of helping the Rogers team design their internal incentive campaigns and bringing them to life in an engaging (and secure way). Our campaigns help dozens of business units achieve their goals and boost employee engagement each year. We’re sure it’s part of the reason why Rogers was listed as Canada’s Top 100 Employers in 2018.

Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada

Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada is a national, non-profit organization that supports a network of local clubs providing services to young people during out-of-school hours across the country with programs for physical activity, healthy living, learning, job training, leadership and creative expression.

What we brew for them:

From Raising the Grade and School Cents to Flex Your Head, we have been the digital backbone to their programs designed to help educate the youths in their communities. Recently, we built a scalable, easy-to-use web platform for their National Office to use to communicate with its supporters, partners and parents. Knowing that sometimes technology itself can be the obstacle to success,we stripped down an easy to use CMS and customized it for their needs so that anyone on the team could publish content. Since then, we’ve taken this same winning recipe and built a Members-only version that services over 1000 of their constituents across the country! And our latest project finds us offering a custom CMS service to assist over 30 BGCC Clubs to create and manage their own presence online–with BGCC, we know we’re going to be continuously challenged to create the next master brew, and we love that!

We’ve been the extension of IDEXX’s marketing department for over a decade now, ever since they expanded into Canada. Whether it is print production, direct mail campaigns, digital advertising or multilingual websites, our paws have been at the forefront of their ongoing marketing initiatives. Our latest project helped IDEXX turn a key initiative and into digital reality: to develop the first real-time pet disease reporting portal for Veterinarians. The solution is such a success that we’ve caught the eye of IDEXX’s UK and Europe operations who’ve asked for a similar solution.

We tap into the latest lead generation tools and help Educators Financial Group create targeted campaigns that enabled them to determine and define their target groups. With this data, they are able to conduct their own campaigns and successfully capture the interests of their members to provide better, more relevant financial solutions.

The Social Research and Demonstration Corporation (SRDC) is a non-profit research organization dedicated to helping policy makers and practitioners identify policies and programs that improve the well-being of Canadians through field-testing and evaluating new programs.

What we brew for them:

Led by our passion for better design and usability, a lot of the goodness we craft for SRDC centers on UI/UX design and involves partnerships with the Ontario and British Columbia Governments. In our spare time, we also help the SRDC kick it up a notch with their web design and development.
