Danielle might be our resident diva designer, but her skills far surpass your basic design stuff. If anyone can take an illustration and work magic with it, it's Danielle. In fact, sometimes we think she knows a little more magic than she lets on: much of her work entails tedious, chapter-after-chapter, section-after-section catalogue work--and she still makes each page beautiful, whether it's through good typography, colours, layout or illustration. Her patience and sharp eyes make both our print and web designs better.
But design isn't her entire life. After work, Danielle stays busy working her magic through photography, reading up on Health and Nutrition (with the occasional novel a la Stieg Larsson), and working out with killer exercise routines and yoga.

At Radii, we're curious folk, always finding cool things (sites), taking them apart and watching the gears spin (testing code) and putting them back together again (track changes). Especially in an industry that is continually evolving, we're constantly finding ourselves throttled by the innovations made out there on the web. Sometimes we're just thrilled to look back and see our own contributions. Every project teaches us something new; even a decade-old skill can be seen with a new perspective that lends us to create with a more effective frame of mind.
At the end of the day, every team member here at Radii is evolving in their skills, pushing the limits and range of their abilities. We're creating sites on the edge of responsive design, we're putting the latest SEO best practices into use, we're trying new techniques for interactive e-cards. We teach each other and learn from each other's experience. But as much as it's the spark of curiosity that keeps us inspired, it's caffeine and elbow-grease that keeps us skilled.
Of course, it's not just enough to bang your fingers against the keyboard and hope that something useful (or even good) will come out. You need a plan, a perverbial "road map." Here's our process of taking inspiration and turning it into skill.

Alex in a central comandante in our league of developers. He's taken on some of the toughest and more perplexing challengers out there, and with a steely eye and a repertoire of coding knowledge, he's developed some of our most innovative solutions. With a true knack for taking complex problems and reducing them to their simplest key form, there are few development problems that would make Alex hesitate.
But web development isn't his entire life. After work, Alex is a marathon runner, adventurer and Walking Dead enthusiast (the comics, of course).

We’re happy to announce that we’ve officially made 340 Alden Road Markham, ON L3R 4C1 our new studio. As Radii looks to the future from our new location, we hope you’ll mark our new address in your files alongside our unchanged phone number (416.607.7290).
Although we’re still getting settled in, our daily operations are in full swing. As the area is rich in parking space, extra elbow room and new restaurants to try out, we’re already enjoying calling 340 Alden our new home. If you’re ever in the neighbourhood, we’d love to give you a tour!
