Basecamp
This is our main project management software of choice that allows for online collaboration with clients and internally.

Why we like it
It’s simple and intuitive to use, all your project artifacts on one page! Basecamp allows for collaboration on a project with a trail of messages and uploads that allow anyone to get in loop on a new-to-them project in an instant. All interactions through basecamp are conveniently sent to your email so you don’t miss a beat. With automated updates it keeps you up to date on your work items and reminds you when an item you are associated with is almost due.
Google Docs
Google Docs is Googles online word processor that allows for formatting of text documents and collaboration with your team in real-time.

Why we like it
The less files and back-and-forth, the better! Google docs make it easy to upload or compose a file and store on the cloud for collaboration. This allows for easy access to the most up-to-date files and comments or revisions from collaborators are highlighted so you are in the know. We love the whole Google suite of tools!
Notable App
Notable allows you to upload an interface screenshot, sketch or wireframe and exchange feedback, comments or notes with your team. Suggesting a better idea or asking a question is instantaneous.

Why we like it
We have found this is a great collaboration tool when requesting feedback on web projects. Team members can see precisely where feedback and input has been directed. We are able to collaborate real-time internally or with clients and move our projects quickly to the finish line.
Workflowy
Workflowy is a basic application that allows you to take notes and manage lists while helping manage daily information. For smaller personal items this app is great on your computer or your mobile device.
